We do our best to process orders and ship in a timely manner please note that all orders will be processed and shipped within 3 days time of the original order date and time. We do not ship on Sundays or Holidays. We will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, however House of W Designs cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. House of W Designs will not be held responsible should USPS lose your package. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with the applicable shipping and tax charges.
You may exchange any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise within 14 days of the ship date. If item has been tried on and has make up on the item, the item will not be accepted as a return and will be sent back to you. ALL RETURNS must be made within 14 DAYS of the SHIP DATE or the return will not be honored by our store. Once we have received the return we will then offer an exchange or refund.
SALE and FLASH SALE: All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. If the item you received is defective, it is eligible for store credit or replacement only.
PLEASE NOTE that we are very strict on our 14 day return policy. No matter what the circumstances, we WILL NOT accept any returns past the 14 day mark. We ask you to please not place an order unless you feel you can abide by this policy.
We ask you to please use extra caution when opening your packages as we can't be held responsible for any damages that may occur once the product(s) leaves our store. We do have the right to refuse any returns that we feel are not compliant with the House of W Designs policies. Also know, all merchandise is inspected before it is shipped.
ANY STORE-WIDE SALES are FINAL SALES as we are always trying to move merchandise to make room for new products, please keep this in mind while shopping during a House of W sale as we WILL NOT accept any returns from store-wide sale events.
We are not responsible for shipping charges for returns or exchanges, we leave that entirely up to our customer.
